When using this website and ordering any products, until products have been fully purchased all imagery remains the property of Bankbound.
Once the process has begun and an image has been editted, if the customer decides to change their mind on the purchase, there will still be a minimum fee of £12.99 for any work already carried out on editting the imagery.
ALL items are delivered via tracked delivery from Royal Mail and any damages to items MUST be notified to us with photographic proof of damage within 24hrs of receiving any goods. Once this has been met a replacement will be sent out.
